Through the City of San Antonio’s Neighborhood & Housing Services Department comes a new policy, Risk Mitigation Fund that assists area residents with Relocation and Emergency Housing Stabilization Assistance. The Risk Mitigation Policy represents the City’s approach to preventing, mitigating, and minimizing displacement.
Households may qualify for:
· Mortgage assistance up to $3,500
· Utility assistance up to $1,500
· Relocation assistance $3,000 – $7,000
· Rental assistance up to $3,500
